The sci-fi drama, starring Chris Pratt, is due to go into production in the coming months

Ghost Draft will be shooting in Iceland and Atlanta this summer, KFTV.com can confirm.
Directed by Chris McKay (Lego Batman) and written by Zach Dean, the film is about a man (played by Pratt) drafted to fight in a future war where the fate of humanity relies on his ability to confront his past. The Handmaid’s Tale star Yvonne Strahovski is in negotiations to co-star.
David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, David Goyer, Jules Daly and Adam Kolbrenner are producing Ghost Draft. Skydance is financing and developing the project and Paramount is on board to distribute.
David Ellison’s company is best known for the Mission: Impossible and Star Trek movie franchises. Its upcoming slate includes Top Gun: Maverick, Terminator: Dark Fate, and Gemini Man.
