Anxo Noya joins as technical director, while Laura Pazienza is named production coordinator.

Galicia's nascent Pedralonga Estudios has added two key hires: Anxo Noya as technical director of the complex, and Laura Pazienza as production coordinator.
Noya has extensive experience in audiovisual production and technical management, having started his career as an electronics technician for the Galician regional pubcaster TVG. In 2000, he joined the production company Voz Audiovisual as Technical Director, where, among other tasks, he was responsible for the design, implementation and operation of the private free-to-air channel V Television.
Pazienza has worked in various animation production companies and VFX studios such as El Ranchito, Antaruxa and Undodez. She has served as production manager on various series.
Pedralonga Estudios' offering is led by its Coruña Estudio Inmersivo (CEI, Coruña Immersive Studio), the largest virtual production centre in Spain.
Scheduled to open in 2026, Pedralonga Estudios is the result of a strategic public-private collaboration of the Galician Audiovisual Cluster and the University of A Coruña, with the support of the Regional Government of Galicia through IGAPE. It covers more than 5,500 sqm, includes two sets measuring 2,500 and 2,000 sqm, offices, dressing rooms, changing rooms and technical areas totalling an additional 1,500 sqm, making it a benchmark for advanced film and tv production.
The Coruña Estudio Inmersivo has a total area of 2,000 sqm, and was co-financed by Deputación da Coruña and the Spanish Government through the Next Generation EU Funds.
