Steve Coogan, Rob Brydon's 'The Trip' production set for Scandinavia

Sky Original's comedy series The Trip starring Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon has been confirmed for a fifth series, taking place across Northern Europe. 

Michael Winterbottom returns to direct the six part series.

The Trip to the Northern Lights sees the pair travel from Swedish hotels to remote Norwegian fishing huts.

It is produced by Revolution Films, Baby Cow Productions and Small Man in association with Sky Studios. Executive producers are Michael Winterbottom, Melissa Parmenter, Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. The series producer is Josh Hyams. The six-part series will commence shooting later this year on location in Scandinavia.
